SUBJECT: Graphics Group Weekly Report

This week on Monday we created separate folders on the languages server for each of the groups. Here we put the various graphics that we collected through our research and from the other groups.

We sent out memos on Wednesday to each of the groups arranging meeting times where we could show the other groups the graphics we thought were appropriate for each group. We sat with each group for about 5 minutes and got feedback from them about what graphics they thought they could use. We also agreed that the members of each group would bring in pictures on Monday 18th November 1996 which we will scan and hand back.

Both Kristen and myself realized that we do not have much writing to do. Therefore we decided to write the "context" and "reflections" sections of the page. We felt that this will enable other WRT 405 groups understand better and get a feel for this project. I am going to write the roles and responsibilities of each of the various members of the groups as well.

This is what we hope to accomplish next week:

• Create a banner for each top level group page as well as the index page
• Create buttons for the various sub-levels of each group page
• Create a navigation bar
• Scan various pictures from various resources such as photos and magazines
• Write out a drafts of the "context", "reflection" and the "roles and responsibilities" have them critiqued
