Sat 21 RRCA Women's 5K: Sponsored by Avon, this flat out-and-back certified 5K is for women only. The race begins at 9am at Willow Bay at Onondaga Lake Park in Liverpool. Entries postmarked by August 15 have a $12 fee, and race-day registration is $15. T-shirts to the first 150 entrants, and awards to the top three finishers in age-groups and family teams.
