Company of Sorel
Some will note that I have, in a fashion, ignored the Canadians and Indians who fought in the war. This is simply a matter of focus, rather than an intent to put any of these combattants into disrepute.

It has been noted in many documents the bravery and skill of the other forces already in Quebec at the start of the war.

However, that said, I recently found a document at the Ottawa National archives that I have not seen duplicated anywhere else. The following is a list of soldiers in the company of Sorel, a Canadian company. I have not been able to verify any of the names, as the genealogical information at my immediate disposal goes no further than the mid 1700s, and ends just before the Outset of the War. I have duplicated below the names as they appear in the Document, without corrections, as best I can read the handwriting: (Any corrections, or notes I have placed in [] brackets.)
