Alto is excellent; yet very small eat in enviroment. The ingredients are fresh and everything is delicious and the prices are reasonable. You have to try the catfish burrito or any of the specials, you won't be dissappointed!
Ambrosia in Armory Square.
has a large collection of sushi, fish, and continental dishes, and a dining room with the most contemporary look in Syracuse. Al fresco dining is a possibility in good weather. $$$

The original!! The Best! Be prepared for a 30 - 60 minute wait during dinner. It's well worth the wait!
Kitty Hoynes in Armory Square.
is said to serve the best pulled Guinness draft in Syracuse.
