Here you can read some of my newspaper columns on
birds that appear every other Sunday in Stars Magazine of the Post Standard
in Syracuse, NY Recent columns
published during the last few years are also available here, courtesy of the
Post Standard. To view or print any column, click on the word Columns in the Table of Contents at the left
and a list of the columns stored here will appear. Click on the date of
the column you wish to see. Each column available
here for a given date includes all the original material published in the
newspaper. Sometimes there is also extra information on the subject of the

frequently updated. Here is a description of each of the pages: The “Columns”
page includes a list of some
recent columns with the most recent one at the top of the list. Each listing includes the date the column was published in the newspaper
and the topic discussed. To view any recent column stored here, click on the
word Columns at the left and when the
list appears, click on the date of the column you wish to see. The columns
are listed with the most recent one at the top.
